2026 dates require a $1000 non-refundable retainer to lock down and hold your date along with contract signing.

2027 dates require a $1500 non-refundable retainer and contract signing.

The retainer goes towards your rental fee. 

We accept and prefer cash or check. We do accept Venmo and we have an online invoice system called Honeybooks where we can accept online card payments.
